The room was clean with a lovely view of the garden, the bed was extremely comfortable, all the facilities were well-kept, the riverside location made it convenient for exploring, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

It has marvellous location close enough to the river bank, and the national parks. Besides, Yatala Dagoba is 10 minutes' drive away...

Nothing that i didn't like.

Good food, incredibly attentive stuff despite manager works hard. Beautifully maintained room with nice beds, a private safe, a work desk and television. Location near to side the river, the neigbourhood in the area, and Tissamaharama.

The hotel is brand-new and high-class with a comfortable balcony. It has an excellent setting, adjacent to a colorful local parade that happens once a year. Guests can enjoy the highlights of the garden and have easy access to the river for watching turtles, birds, and wildlife.

Convenient Location! It was so easy to get everywhere we needed to go with just a short stroll. Our room was super quiet, giving us a peaceful view of the lake to enjoy. 🌅

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Tissamaharama recently. The room was tastefully decorated and had great amenities. I had a lovely private patio outside where I could relax and enjoy dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped me organize a last-minute jeep safari to Yala and provided a packed breakfast for the early morning start. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location directly on the river made for stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The service at this venue was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace to enjoy the views. The hotel also offered a range of services such as room service, car hire, and laundry, making it convenient and hassle-free.

Superb staff, beautiful and clean place, good location for safari, tasty food, nice garden.

The hotel had a super clean and modern European-style room that was jaw-dropping! The staff were extremely friendly and helped us organize a mind-blowing safari where we saw a leopard! The hotel also had free Wi-Fi, a car park, an outdoor dining area, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. The room had a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious and the setting by the river was absolutely stunning! We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The location of the hotel was great, close to a river which was very scenic and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find somewhere to eat or grab a drink. Plus, the hotel offered a tour which was a nice bonus.

We noticed a lot of bugs and flies in the room and around the property, which made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. we were not happy with the breakfast offered, as it was very limited and lacked variety.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel near the river. The peaceful environment with monkeys and birds all around me made me feel connected to nature. The staff was very hospitable and always there to answer my queries. The hotel is slightly away from the main town area, but it's in close proximity to various bus stations, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I loved the calmness of the swimming pool. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel were delicious.

Amazing value for money! the hotel setting was beautiful and the room was tastefully decorated in a modern style. It was very clean and had great amenities. I had two comfortable double beds to choose from, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel also had a lovely private patio area outside the room, where I could relax and enjoy my dinner. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even helped me organize a reasonably priced jeep safari on short notice. the hotel provided a packed breakfast for my early morning start.

That there weren't many restaurants nearby. the hotel's own food options were great - I especially enjoyed the homemade curry, which was the best I had in Sri Lanka!

Almost perfect.

We stayed in a hotel within reasonable distance from Yala safari. We enjoyed the beautiful and refreshing river view from the hotel. the room was spacious, the staff was friendly and attentive. the hotel grounds were well maintained. We found a nearby restaurant that offered good food at reasonable prices.

The breakfast served at the hotel was not up to our expectations.

We stayed in a hotel that exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with great service and treated very well by the staff. the hotel's location was just perfect, a bit secluded but still accessible to the city center. We were offered a packed breakfast for our morning trip, which was a nice touch, and the dinner we had was delicious. the hotel's facilities were well-maintained and we enjoyed lounging by the pool.

The room we stayed in was somewhat outdated. the amenities were not modern and the design was a bit old-fashioned.
